1. Who We Are

NC – Developer, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is a Maryland limited liability company registered with the Maryland State Department of Assessments and Taxation (SDAT), with its principal place of business in Rosedale, Maryland.

We are a boutique mobile and web application development studio. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal data when you visit our website, communicate with us, or engage our services.

In accordance with MODPA (Md. Code, Com. Law § 14-4601 et seq.) and general privacy best practices, we collect and process only the personal data that is reasonably necessary and proportionate to the purposes described in this policy. We do not collect personal data speculatively or for undefined future uses.

If we intend to use your data for a purpose materially different from the original purpose for which it was collected, we will obtain your explicit consent before doing so.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive data in the ordinary course of our business. If you voluntarily provide information that falls into a sensitive category, we will process it only to the extent strictly necessary to deliver the service you requested, and it will never be sold under any circumstances, as required by Maryland law.

7. Children's Data

Our services are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. In compliance with MODPA and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we will not process or sell the personal data of any consumer we know or should know is under 18 for purposes of targeted advertising.

If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal data from a minor, please contact us immediately at legal@ncdeveloper.com and we will delete it promptly.

8. Your Rights Under Maryland Law

If you are a Maryland resident, the Maryland Online Data Privacy Act (MODPA), effective October 1, 2025 (full enforcement April 1, 2026), grants you the following rights:

We will respond to verified consumer rights requests within 45 days, with a possible 45-day extension when reasonably necessary. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
